由中國(guó)和東盟10國(guó)經(jīng)貿(mào)主管部門(mén)及東盟秘書(shū)處共同主辦，廣西壯族自治區(qū)人民政府承辦的第12屆中國(guó)—東盟博覽會(huì)、中國(guó)—東盟商務(wù)與投資峰會(huì)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng) “兩會(huì)”)定于2015年9月18—21日在廣西南寧舉行。中國(guó)—東盟“兩會(huì)”期間，中國(guó)和東盟國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人、政要以及政界、工商界人士將出席和參加一系列相關(guān)活動(dòng)。
現(xiàn)將記者報(bào)名參加會(huì)議采訪活動(dòng)的有關(guān)事項(xiàng)通知如下：
一、報(bào)名時(shí)間從本通知發(fā)布之日至2015年9月6日。
二、食宿及交通安排記者到南寧采訪會(huì)議，往返交通食宿費(fèi)用自理。會(huì)議期間，經(jīng)確認(rèn)后的記者入住由“兩會(huì)”組委會(huì)推薦的酒店（邕州飯店，地址：廣西南寧市民主路18號(hào)，郵政編碼：530012，電話：0771-2101088，傳真：0771-2835268）。 “兩會(huì)”期間，組委會(huì)為記者在廣西采訪提供公共交通。
三、報(bào)名方式

Invitation to the 12th China-ASEAN Expo & 12th China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit

The 12th China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) and the 12th China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (CABIS), co-sponsored by authorities in charge of economic and trade affairs of China and 10 ASEAN countries as well as the ASEAN Secretariat, organized by the People’s Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, will be held on 18th-21st September, 2015 in Nanning, Guangxi, China. Heads of state/government from China and ASEAN countries, leaders of political and commercial and industrial circles will attend the events. To better serve media covering the two major events, you are kindly informed of the following issues:

II. Accommodation and Transportation All expenses of your accommodation and round-trip fares are on your own responsibility.
